Alcohol is a major cause of fatty liver disease. Liver damage caused by alcohol and recent studies shows that this type of damage can occur at any age.

In 1948 a study called Framingham Heart Study was started in Boston, which is still going on. The study says that not only alcohol but also sugary drinks or non-alcoholic soda increase the risk of excess fat accumulation in the liver.

However, to get rid of this problem, you have to stop eating sweet drinks. People who regularly drink cold bottled drinks are more likely to develop fatty liver disease than those who drink alcohol. Drinking this type of drink even once a week is harmful enough.

Our liver usually contains 3–4 pounds of fat. There is also some fat around the liver cells. If the amount of this fat is more than 10 percent, it is called fatty liver.

If not treated in time, the disease can become complicated and can lead to complications like liver cirrhosis. About 5% of the fat in the liver can be absorbed. If more than 5 percent of the fat is stored, then we call it fatty liver.

If the fatty liver is normal, that is, if the liver enzymes are not released, if there is no inflammation in the liver, it is called normal fatty liver. However, inflammation of the liver from the fatty liver is called state hepatitis. That means he has inflammation due to fatty liver.

In addition, if there is any problem with thyroid hormone, fatty liver can occur. Diabetes Overweight, eating fatty foods can lead to fatty liver problems.
